Husband came from work. Felt tired. He was about to enter his room before his wife stop him.
Wife: Where were you?
Husband: Oh. Sorry. My friends invited me for a few drinks
Wife: Why didn’t you called me first? I’ve cooked so much. What time is it now?
Husband: I totally forgot the time, honey. It was supposed to be just few drinks but i was carried away.
Wife: Now who is going to eat all the food. Such a waste
Husband: Honey. I’m so sorry. We can eat it together. I promised i will call you when i am going out or something.
Wife: (sigh) Okey. Promise me, you won’t do it again.
Husband: Promise
Wife: Love you.
Husband: Hahaha. I know
